Free Returns — 7 Days We offer completely free returns within 7 days of the delivery date. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us and we'll arrange a free return label at no cost to you. No questions asked.
Free Exchanges — 30 Days We offer free exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Whether you'd like a different size, style, or design — we'll make it right.
Lifetime Upgrade Program Our Lifetime Upgrade Program allows you to upgrade your moissanite jewelry at any time, for life, subject to the following conditions:
- The original piece must be in good condition with no significant damage or alterations.
- The new piece must be valued at at least double the original purchase price.
- Simply return your original piece and apply its full original purchase price toward your new selection.
Lifetime Warranty — Moissanite Stones We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all moissanite stones. This warranty covers defects in the stone itself under normal use conditions. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or abuse.

- Items must be in their original condition and packaging for returns and exchanges.
- Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return (exchanges may apply).
