At Moissanite Shine, we believe your jewelry should grow with you. Our Lifetime Upgrade Program allows you to trade in your original piece and upgrade to a new one — because your milestones deserve to shine brighter.

What Is the Lifetime Upgrade Program?

The Lifetime Upgrade Program is our commitment to you beyond the original purchase. At any point in the future, you can return your Moissanite Shine piece and apply its original purchase price toward a new piece of greater value.

How It Works

Contact Us — Reach out to our team at support@moissaniteshine.com to initiate your upgrade request.
Ship Your Piece — We will provide you with shipping instructions. Send your original piece back to us securely.
Choose Your New Piece — Browse our collection and select your new jewelry. The new piece must be priced at at least double the original purchase price.
We Handle the Rest — Once we receive and inspect your original piece, we will begin crafting your new jewelry and ship it to you.

Eligibility & Conditions

The original piece must be in good condition — free from excessive damage, missing stones, or structural alterations.
The new piece must be priced at at least 2× the original purchase price.
The program applies to all Moissanite Shine jewelry purchases (excluding custom-engraved or final-sale items).
The original purchase price is credited toward the new piece — it is not redeemable as cash.
Upgrades are available for the lifetime of the original piece with no expiration date.
