What Is the Lifetime Upgrade Program?

At any point in the future, you may return your original Moissanite Shine piece and apply its full original purchase price toward a new piece of greater value. No time limits. No expiration. Forever.

⚠️ The One Essential Condition

The new piece must be priced at a minimum of 2× (double) the original purchase price.

This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement of the program. Upgrades that do not meet this threshold cannot be processed.

This condition ensures that every upgrade represents a meaningful step forward in your jewelry journey.

How It Works

1. Contact Us — Email us at support@moissaniteshine.com to initiate your upgrade request.
2. Ship Your Piece — We will provide you with secure shipping instructions to send your original piece back to us.
3. Choose Your New Piece — Browse our collection and select your new jewelry. The new piece must be priced at at least 2× (double) your original purchase price.
4. We Handle the Rest — Once we receive and inspect your original piece, we will begin crafting your new jewelry and ship it directly to your door.

Eligibility & Conditions

• The original piece must be in good condition — free from excessive damage, missing stones, or structural alterations.
• The new piece must be priced at a minimum of 2× (double) the original purchase price. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement.
• The program applies to all Moissanite Shine jewelry purchases (excluding custom-engraved or final-sale items).
• The original purchase price is credited toward the new piece — it is not redeemable as cash.
• Upgrades are available for the lifetime of the original piece with no expiration date.
