Stage 6: Final Inspection

The final inspection is the last step before packaging, and it is the most comprehensive. Every piece is inspected under magnification by a senior quality control team member who is accountable for the quality of what leaves our facility. This inspection checks:

• Stone clarity — confirming that the stone is clean and free of surface contamination
• Metal finish — confirming that the finish is consistent and free of defects
• Overall appearance — confirming that the piece looks exactly as it should and matches the product description
• GRA certificate match — confirming that the certificate included with the piece matches the stone in the piece

Pieces that fail the final inspection are returned to the appropriate stage for correction. We do not ship pieces that fail the final inspection, regardless of the impact on shipping timelines.

Stage 7: Packaging
